AION 2 runs on PC (Purple and Steam), PS5, Xbox Series X|S, iOS and Android — the full platform list and what each version delivers.

One world, every screen — AION 2's platform plan spans PC, consoles and phones.

AION 2 ships on five platforms: PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, iOS and Android. PC is the lead platform, sold through NC's own Purple launcher and Steam, and the full game runs on phones with cross-platform play built in.

The Full Platform List

  • PC — the definitive version, distributed through Purple and Steam (see the global PC launch confirmation)
  • PS5 and Xbox Series X|S — announced console versions for the modern generation
  • iOS and Android — the full game on phones, PC–mobile cross-platform play included

The KR/TW service opened on November 18, 2025 with PC and mobile as the anchor platforms; console rollout follows per region, and the global PC release lands in October 2026.

PC or Mobile for Launch Day?

PC holds the highest settings, DLSS 4 and Reflex support, and the mouse-and-keyboard precision that manual combat rewards. Mobile is genuinely playable thanks to aggressive optimization — but large-scale Abyss sieges still favor a desktop.
