AION 2's minimum requirements are an Intel Core i5-10400F or Ryzen 3 3300X, 16GB of RAM, a GeForce GTX 1660 and 50GB+ of SSD storage; recommended steps up to a Ryzen 5 5600X, RTX 3060 Ti and 32GB. Here's the official table, verbatim.

- The 16GB minimum is the headline — most MMOs still list 8GB. Unreal Engine 5's streaming systems (Nanite and Lumen, per our UE5 deep dive) want memory headroom for seamless zones.
- The SSD is mandatory, not advisory — hard drives mean long loads and texture pop. If your rig has one drive, make it the game's home.
- The GTX 1660 floor targets 1080p, and DLSS 4 support stretches it further — multi-frame generation is the cheapest "upgrade" a 1660 owner can enable.
