The Quality Ladder
The four tiers are the skeleton of every build decision. Blue (rare) is where dungeon drops start to matter — some blue pieces are dungeon-exclusive and roll straight into weekly quest turn-ins — and gold (epic) is the endgame target that raids and PvP rewards pay into.
