The appearance change ticket lets you re-edit your character's look — and the surprise is how you get one: in the live version the ticket circulates mainly as a free event reward, not a fixed-price shop item. There's no permanent cash-shop listing at a set price; the standard route is the event calendar.

How Players Actually Got Tickets

Recent examples from the live version:

  • New Year PUSH rewards (January 1, 2026) — the login campaign mailed a golden gift pack containing a 7-day appearance change ticket to everyone who logged in
  • Redemption codes — the December 23, 2025 – January 21, 2026 code window (AION2TOGETHER) included appearance change tickets among its rewards
