A "strong attack" in AION 2 isn't a button — it's what happens when your damage affixes line up with a multi-hit skill or a maxed attack ceiling. Two gear rolls create almost every big number you'll ever see, and both are explained by the same math.
The Final-Damage Affix: The Multi-Hit Multiplier
The final-damage affix amplifies damage based on your final damage — after every other modifier has applied. That ordering makes it scale with everything else you own, and it's why the roll is prized across all classes.
The interaction that turns it from "good" into "broken" is multi-hit skills: when a skill deals its damage in multiple hits, the amplified portion applies on each hit. A three-hit skill effectively triple-dips the affix — multi-hit kits and this roll are a multiplier stack, not an addition.
