AION 2 Appearance Salon: Tickets, Re-Edits and Locked Classes

How the Appearance Salon works in AION 2 — the Customization tabs a re-edit unlocks, the ticket system behind it, and the class that never changes.
The Appearance Salon is AION 2's post-creation character editor: an appearance change ticket re-opens the full Customization suite — Preset, Face, Hair, Style and Body Shape — and the ticket mostly circulates as a free event reward rather than a fixed-price shop item.
What a Ticket Unlocks
Everything cosmetic: skin and hair re-edits, dyes, body shape, outfit styling — the same 200+-option toolkit you got at character creation. What it never unlocks is your class: that's set when the character is created, so pick it with the class guide before you fall in love with a face.
How You Get Tickets
No permanent cash-shop listing has appeared at a set price. The standard route is the event calendar:
- Login campaigns — the New Year PUSH rewards (January 1, 2026) mailed a golden gift pack with a 7-day appearance change ticket to everyone who logged in
- Redemption codes — the AION2TOGETHER window (December 23, 2025 – January 21, 2026) included tickets among its rewards
Treat tickets as a "when the event comes" item, not a purchase: the ticket explainer tracks every distribution so far, and the style shop's celebrity presets cover the weirder side of the look economy.
The Flow In-Game
Open Customization, re-work your look, confirm — the re-edit applies live and carries into every outfit and dye you own. Names are the one thing this desk doesn't touch; that's the separate rename ticket.
